We are seeking experienced freight brokers who operate in a full cradle-to-grave capacity and are ready to grow their book of business in a performance-driven, remote environment.
This role is designed for proven producers who already manage an active book of business and want the tools, support, and flexibility to scale it further.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full freight lifecycle: prospect → quote → book → cover → track → close
Leverage and expand your existing book of business
Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
Negotiate rates and manage profitability across your freight
Operate independently while collaborating with a supportive team
What You Bring (Required)
2+ years experience as a cradle-to-grave freight broker
An active, transferable book of business
Proven track record of consistent production
Strong customer relationships with repeat freight
Ability to work remotely and independently
Experience using TMS and CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot or similar is a plus)
Tools & Support Provided
Access to HubSpot for pipeline and customer management
Access to ZoomInfo for prospecting and business development
